This is Brainstorm. He is a Cerebrocrustacean from Encephalonus IV. His main powers are his incredible intelligence and electrical abilities. He can create a variety of tools with his electricity such as sheilds and telekinesis. Brainstorm speaks in a very proper dialect which makes him very difficult to understand but if you piece it together you might be able to understand him somewhat. His Alien Force Debut in "Pier Pressure".
