Ultimate Echo Echo

This is Ultimate Echo Echo. He is an evolved Sonorsarian and was first used by Ben in Ben 10 Ultimate Alien. His new form looks nothing like his normal form. It is a taller, more mechanical looking blue form. His new form doesn't duplicate it self but instead can fly, produce sonic discs that duplicate, and survive in zero atmosphere. It was strong enough to defeat Ultimate Kevin and has since been the strongest power-wise of Ben's Ultimate Aliens.
